HSP 2003 News – First Quarter________________________________________________________________________
Rate Increases
Effective January 1, 2003, we had to raise our rates slightly. This is the first time in several years that we found it necessary to raise our rates. (See Price Page) However, as a thank you to our current clients (clients prior to 12/31/02), we will not begin billing you at the new rate until April 1, 2003.
Company Structure Changes
We are changing the business structure of HSP to meet the growing demands of the industry. Effective sometime late in the first quarter of 2003, we will be changing our name to Pet Pros Plus, Inc. This will be the ONLY change. The staff, phone numbers, etc. will all remain the same. We will have a new web address ( www.petprosplus.com ) to go along with the name change. We will keep you advised of the progress of this change!
New Services
Exciting news! We are planning to add a certified pet massage therapist to our staff by the end of the third quarter of this year! We will keep you posted on this and let you know when the service will be available along with therapy pricing.
